About

Blue Classic Ford MustangWho doesn’t love a good story? Whether watching a story unfold or listening in, storytelling is a cultural and social means for entertaining and educating.

The mission of Auto Owner Story podcast is to provide access to engaging or informative stories involving automobiles. Cars have been an integral part of our culture since they arrived on the scene in the early 1900s. They are woven so tightly into the fabric of our society it would be hard to imagine life without them.

And with technology’s evolving reach, we now have almost unlimited access to stories via handheld devices or connected vehicles. On Auto Owner Story podcasts you can choose to listen to entertaining stories from an auto owner just like yourself or consider sharing your own auto-related story for the benefit of other listeners.

Dave Eastman founded the Auto Owner Story podcast. His career has been spent working to improve the quality of auto repair service available to auto owners. Over the years, he has seen the strong emotional connection people have with their cars; owners who give their car a name; that “first car” someone wishes they still had.

Many of us remember adventures or mishaps connected to a personal or family car. Retelling the story lets us relive and others join in the experience. Beyond the entertainment a story provides is the helpful information shared about an auto repair problem or solution. The benefit to the listener can be in learning from the experience of others.

On this podcast, our goal is to provide entertaining and memorable episodes that center around automotive related stories from an individual’s experience. Our hope is that listeners will enjoy what they hear enough to share the podcast experience with their friends and family.

Whether you love hearing a good story or have one of your own to share, this is a great place to connect.
